iPullups is a an exercise training program designed to help you achieve the goal of increasing your max reps of non-stop pull-ups. The entire course is designed to be completed in 8 weeks, but can vary based on the progression of the participant.

Each workout gets progressively harder and ends with a "max rep" set where you attempt to do as many consecutive pull-ups as possible. There are a total of 5 progress tests to measure your progress.

Workouts are intended to be done every other day, a total of three times a week. A recommended schedule would be to workout Monday, Wedensday and Friday.

Nice idea but it needs work....

I was disappointed in this app. The workout program is set up for people who are just starting out and can do a very limited amount of pull-ups if any at all. I wish it set up a workout schedule based on how many initial pull-ups you can do. The number of initial pull-ups you can do is completely irrelevant to the workout schedule it sets up for you. Just to test it out I entered a fake number saying that I could already do 30 pull-ups. It still started me out doing four sets of one pull-up each!? There are many other apps that do a better job at recording your workout statistics and you can record many other exercises besides just pull-ups. Until it can give you a customized workout based on your initial starting point I would pass on this app.
